• Re: e-mail submit, do i have to use outlook???

PROBLEM: the forms have been all developed with InfoPath 2007.  Our Outlook licenses are for Outlook 2003. InfoPath 2007 insists on using Outlook 2007 and is ignoring our Outlook 2003.   When      Submit            is clicked,  the message is:          ...

  • infoPath 2007 is evil: it's eating my signature fields ...

Hello ...... if I were not already insane prior to beginning a relationship with InfoPath 2007, I am well on my way to the padded white cell now. Let me explain. I am fighting similar problems myself. Grab this chapter:  http://ptgmedia.pearsoncmg.com/images/9780321410597/samplechapter/roberts_ch15.pdf The code below is from the last few pages of the above .pdf. The code probably will not give you 100% of your solution but it may get you closer. Are you using InfoPath 2007?   2007 has ...

    Hi Hilary
Well, but copying the form template doesn't update the things I mentioned. At any rate, since you copied it, instead of moving it, that means your original is still in its original location! That's good news -- I assume it works fine still?
Sorry, no.  The form has been ...
