Thanks a lot. I'm new to this and so i request your help again. Based on your answer, I have a doubt.
1)How do we use the merge option to display the data onload?
I have the template and the values of each field in the template. I need to merge the field values with each field in the template.
Will you please explain the steps required.
Thanks ...

Patrick,
Thanks for the tip. Maybe that will work for me. I'm not sure what you mean by add it to the view though. Do you have an example file that demonstrates this?

I was thinking more about calling Submit or Save in the OnSign handler but you have an ingenious idea - please try it! :)

Make sure you install the MSI on your machine too. You should be able to open. Full trust is a pain but not if you're using regform. :)

Check out the cool eval technique on the MS blog here:http://blogs.msdn.com/infopath/archive/2006/04/05/569338.aspx

Hi Afzal,
I think you are going down the wrong path. Why do all of that engineering just to workaround a SharePoint limitation? Why not just use SQL and the form you already have. SharePoint integration is trivial with our Database Accelerator Suite which includes a webpart that allows you to show the fields you want without a limitation.

Just use a separate field and a display condition - no code required. Double click on the section to control conditional visibility. That's why you need to put it in a section.

Hi Nathan356 and welcome to our forum!
You can add it to the view using a CSS but haven't heard of how to do it for a textbox.

Hello! First time user here. I've done some searching and tutorial reading and I can't find the answer to this question: Is it possible to add a watermark to a textbox? Rather than use a text header explaining what is in the box I'd like to place a watermark icon behind the text inside the textbox. Is there a way to do this?
