If you have the correct permissions in SharePopint, deletion is an option on the tool bar or the drop down menu. I will assume you are looking for a more efficient method of deletion, besides the explorer view.

I'm using InfoPath forms stored in a Share Point document library. The user opens and updates the form then submits it to a seperate document library where it is picked up and processed by a middleware solution.
Can I delete the form from the Share Point document library once it has been submitted? If so, how?

I have used code to pop a browse folders window up, which you can control the default starting location, and then once the file is selected load it into a File Attachment control. But unfortunately the File Attachment control is not as well developed as it could be.

From an overwriting standpoint, it is only if a form with the same name exists, such as an existing form is opened and then resubmitted, it would naturally need to overwrite the previous version. Any other thoughts on the additional info above. After I make the change in my drop down, I get the error when I try to insert another row. The above info is then inserted into event handler. I'm doing something wrong. Any additional help would be appreciated.
