I would love to get my hands on that, to filter what datafields i want to put into the body of an email.

Thanks for the advice. As you say it seems that I need to create a box for hours and a box for minutes. Not the most ideal but I don't see any alternative.

Patrick's book does not have a CD with it but Roger Jennings "Introducing Microsoft InfoPath 2003" does have a CD in it.

As Greg said you can certainly do this. I have a couple of additional suggestions:
1) If you have SharePoint you can create a list that houses all this information. The list is easy to change you can connect to the list without code. This will be a flat file type data structure but depending upon the static data you ...
