InfoPath Dev

I am looking at getting some materials to become better associated with infopath and how to create forms.  I was looking at the list from the site but nothing really stands out, does anyone have scale of which books to go with?

I am a beginner and have some rudimentry skills with application.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I'd definetely go for "Developing Solutions with Microsoft InfoPath" by Patrick Halstead, Vani Mandava-Teredesai and Matthew Blain. It's well written and there are a bunch of good examples in.

Is there a CD for training, course work, example?

Patrick's book does not have a CD with it but Roger Jennings "Introducing Microsoft InfoPath 2003" does have a CD in it.
