Wow, it just did it again but now the error shows the file path and then Cannot open the selected view....and neither View will open in design mode. Opens just fine in Preview mode. All I am doing is making certain sections of the form be visible or not based on the value of a check box!!
How do you export ...

OK so your receive connection is pulling the information properly?
Why do you have to use a different method for obtaining the GUID? That is very critical to have it exact.
I am assuming you are using the sample CAML for the test.
Fo your location I believe it should be ...

No IP 2003 does not have the design checker.
Which probably would not help. I thought the view was working in design mode but not in the form not the other way around. If you cannot design the view then there is something broken there. You could try exporting to source files. Closing and then designing the manifest file and see if ...

Otherwise, I am sure there is a property for hide. You may want to check out the MSDN reference for InfoPath.

It might help if you describe what you need or are trying to accomplish.
If you want to quickly jump from Word to Infopath the easiest way is to just use a hyper link. Are you wanting to move data as well?
InfoPath is not an Outlook form but could have a hyperlink shortcut or be an attachment to a mail item.

It sounds like their is a problem with your default view. Do you have Infopath 2007? You could use the design checker.
Usually there is a details button on warning messages but I do not think I have encountered this specific problem before. There could also be a rule or something that is causing a problem too. Have you deleted a view ...

Hi there.
I would check you list ID and the site. I find the biggest issue people have is that they do not get the exact path to the site they want and therefore SharePoint cannot find the list.
