I've previously posted regarding this, but it appears help has died out on that post... my apologies for reposting, but I'm hitting desperation here. Numerous post have provided this formula for setting a text field with the concatenated selections from a multi-selection field. substring(eval(eval(MultiSelectBox[. != ""], ... Posted to General (Forum) by Jen B on 06-07-2012 Re: Two (3?) Questions on Concatenation Anyone able to assist with this? Still struggling with this stupid formula... I've tried another found in an IP book, but the same issue occurs with the bracket. Posted to General (Forum) by Jen B on 06-07-2012 Saving Source File on Sharepoint Hello, I'm curious if anyone has thoughts on saving the IP source file on the sharepoint (as a doc) site it publishes to? We thought it would be handy to save the main IP form on the sharepoint for furture people who may come along and need to update items. However, I have been running into a particular issue that I think may be ... Posted to General (Forum) by Jen B on 06-05-2012 Filtering Multi-Select IP Fields/Cascading Dropdowns after Promotion to Sharepoint Hi all, I'm guessing this has come up a million times before, but I can't find a post about it - and am in a time crunch. I have a number of multi-select or cascading dropdown fields in my IP 2010 form. The form is published, and submits to, a 2007 MOSS sharepoint (no form services, excel services, etc. enable due to ... Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by Jen B on 06-05-2012 Show multi-select field checkboxes horizontally? Hi all, Is it remotely possible to change the layout of the checkboxes in a multi-selection control? I have some decently long lists that our users would prefer to have in checkbox form rather than dropdowns. Using the multi-selection field would be great for maintenance and reporting, but the vertical layout of the checkboxes makes ... Posted to General (Forum) by Jen B on 05-30-2012 Re: Force Date Chosen to be 'x' days out Thanks Jimmy! I'd love to be able to take business days into account, but we have some pretty tight controls on what I can actually download in my office. No admin access to my computer, so very little is available. Not sure I'd even be able to use qRules as much as I'd like to. Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by Jen B on 05-25-2012 Force Date Chosen to be 'x' days out I swear I did this before using the addDays function, but I can't remember how I did it. How can I force the date chosen on a date picker to be at least x number of days from the submitted date (which defaults to today())? Ideally, I'd like to be able to count only business days as well... i.e. date entered must be at least 10 ... Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by Jen B on 05-24-2012 Hide/Reveal - Silly question on formula I can't get to work. I know this is something ridiculously easy, but I think too many hours in front of this screen has fried my brain. I have two dropdown fields. One (Operation) with a single selection of three choices (1, 2, 3); the other (Organization) is in a repeating section with 5 choices (a, b, c, d, e). I need to hide an altogether ... Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by Jen B on 05-23-2012 Re: Two (3?) Questions on Concatenation I've noticed IP's tendency to get irritable when open too long. I actually restarted computer beside shutting down IP, but I still get the same error when trying to preview. That the form template isn't valid and there's an unspecified error. It's definitely directly connected to the formula in the default ... Posted to General (Forum) by Jen B on 05-23-2012 Re: Two (3?) Questions on Concatenation Looks like I'm running into the same problem another person had... when I set the default formula on the field and try to preview, I get an error saying it isn't a valid form template and won't preview. If I remove the formula, the preview works just fine. The formula now looks like ...
