I have a set of >100 InfoPath forms each having its own code behind. These are fully trusted forms. When I publish the form to a SharePoint/Forms Services environment, in the 2nd step of the wizard, I have to provide the URL of the sharepoint server lets say http://spdev for Dev environment.

I tried separate secondary data sources for dropdown list in columns. I could see some performance increase now. I haven't try other choices you given. I will work on them and come back soon with result.

Are you talking about inserting an image into a picture control? When you add a picture control to your form, you have two choices, a control that stores the file with the form or a control that stores a link to the image. If you store a link, your form won't get as big (less data).

Thanks for the reply. How do you insert an image from a URL? I do not see that option. I uploaded the image into a public library on SP, but when I go to insert an image there is not an option to use a URL as the source. Thanks.

I have had the same issue.
The solution was to move the image to a poublic SP library and insert it into your from from there following your method.
I bet on the first insert you picked the image up from your local drives.

I have an Access DB. I have a form with three fields for changing vendors per username.
In the access database I have a unique username and a unique vendor. What I want to do is let the users change their vendor instead of me having to do it... so I wanted to write something like:
