    Is this really true?

Is it true that the process of creating a fully trusted InfoPath form on a network share (so that everyone has access to it via a link on sharepoint) means that every user has to run the .js file from their computers?

I need to know if this is the case because this would tell me that this may not be the best solution.  The idea is to make it a user friendly experience and having hundreds of individuals run this .js file is not what I had in mind.

Is there at least a work around?  I almost have a hard time believing that Microsoft would make it this cumbersome to make a form trusted for a LAN enviornment.

    Thanks everyone.

Yes that is the case.  Full-trust should be a last resort.

You should not need a full-trust form however.  Full-trust is so that it can run code which directly accesses the user's computer.

This should not be needed in most cases or can be accomplished through built-in functions or code which uses trusted computing methods.

    Clay Fox,

Thanks for the reply.  That is cool with me that I shouldn't need a form to be fully trusted.  However, my reasoning behind the full trust idea was that from my understanding this would stop the two ADO warnings from popping up each time a user opens a form.

Is there another way that I can stop these messages?  The form works great, but would be more presentable to attorneys if it didn't have these windows to possibly confuse them or scare them.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks Clay.

    That can be done.

InfoPath uses IE security when connecting to data.

Make sure the SharePoint site or network server is in each user's trusted sites or intranet zone.  That should provide the trust so that they do not get the warnings.

    Clay,

Thanks for that information.  It is greatly appreciated.
