 Hi,   I have a drop down list in InfoPath and one of the options is "Other." If Other is selected, I am wondering if that can populate a free form text box underneath, that is also mandatory.   thanks!

I don't see any rules on the Check for Duplicates button that set query fields in the Convening_Reqs data source prior to running the query. You need to set query fields to limit the results.

Got it working. Yes, you were absolutely correct in it being an operational issue. I was trying to rename the file on submission rather than checking the filename after submission. Thanks again for your help.
