Hi,
I am trying to get the list of sharepoint site users(WSS 3.0) first name and last name into my infopath 2003 form and populate in a dropdownlist.
Can we use GetUserCollectionFromSite webservice? Kindly suggest.
Regards,
Reuben

Hi To Be Medina,
How about adding a rule to switch the view and then asking the user (in red letters) to select file print from the menus? Another option would be to mark a view as the print view and just ask the user to print the form (without switching the view).
Printing cannot be done programmatically via rules. In fact, to force a print ...

I think I am making a mess of this. First, I tried to add another field (from the same repeating section) to the ForEach statement - and it is not as easy as I thought it would be. This is how I did that:

Hello, and welcome to the forums.
Do you want users to click a button in the email itself? Or would the users click on a link in the email, to open the form in InfoPath, and then click a button to expand? Or are you using ShP/WSS/IPFS? Or does the form live on your machine and send email from there?

Thanks Shiva,
I tried this with e.Site.parentNode (as e.parentNode was not an option) and it works fine.
Thank you.

Perhaps I've misunderstood what you need. You can put any or all of your controls into the scrolling section on your form. For example, you could create a layout table in your form that has your table header info in it, then put a scrolling section directly below that with a repeating table. If your repeating table was set to not display ...

I have a task list in Infopath I use as a project management tool. Every week I email this task list out to my team. It is important to be able to keep all past tasks on the list for historical info, but we generally need to see the top 5 or 10 at a time. What I would like to do is send the email out to my team and when they ...
