Never mind! I finally figured it out. When data type on a check box is set to "text", the condition and action arguments need to reference the actual text corresponding the "cleared" and "checked" states; not "true" or "false"
And yes, it is the first of the two check boxes that ...

I am experimenting with both first and second check box but not getting it to work. I'm probably not using the correct function. Some additional info:
- Both check boxes are configured for "text" data.
- The check box "states" are either "cleared" or "checked"; however, I don't see that ...

Yours in hope.

In InfoPath, I am trying to work out why I cannot Submit to a database.
Well thanks to Hilary's suggestions, I have added keys to all of the tables. Unfortunately, one table which has a primary key to relate to most of the client tables. I cannot see how to set up another key ( a secondary key) to a single supplier table. Try as I might, ...

Wow, you are right on the "&". All the ones that I just tested have "&" in the fields. How did you know by looking at the code that it was this character that was the issue? Also, are there any other characters that u know might cause this type of an error?

I appreciate it Jimmy. I assume that when you say "It looks like this is happening when you have a DB field with an ampersand in it.", sometimes the values in one of the fields that I am pulling from SQL have "&" in it. If this is the case, then yes, it would not surprise me that some of the fields values in the ...
