Copy your View1 data (Which is you want to display in the second view) into the View2 and paste it. For more idea verify attached xsn. I have added Open rules to switch users.

The example in the SDK is a good track to be on. I have no idea what XSL you are talking about. You will have to create one or maybe use one from the SDK example. Anyway, the XSL file that maps from your XML schema into Word is going to be the pain in the neck to create. If you have one, you are on your way. Not sure you have one though ...
