Can anyone advise how you could make a browse control on an InfoPath form so that you can browse to a library or list within SharePoint to use its location.

I just tried out some code and it works here.
What I did was the following:
[1] Create 2 textboxes.
[2] Go to DataSource and change the type of the first field to "Date" and the second to "Time".
[3] Select the date textbox and on the Menu go to Format > Data Formating...

Yes, but you will have to write code to call SelectText method. Also, not all controls can be selected but sections can so for controls you want to jump to that cannot be selected, you can wrap them in a section and set selectoin to that. I am new to InfoPath and currently working on a form which should have a boolean or checkbox, when checkbox or boolean is selected to yes, then it should jump to a different field or location in the form.

Hi, if you really need an image on your button, you may try this.
Insert the button image on your form, not add the image to Tool > Resource files.
Modify view1.xsl to overlap the button on top of the image by setting the css style of the button/image.
Set the button border to none.
Set the button backgound-color to transparent.
