I understand InfoPath doesnt render a hard copy version of the form compared to digital version. In other words its not a true WYSIWYG output. However is there any known work around to get better formatting of your hard copy version.

Thanks all. I got that to work but had to recreate a new document library due to errors found on the page and the library?
I have a new question. I don't understand why my newly submitted InfoPath form doesn't show up in the new document library? I get confirmation that it was submitted but no results. Why and how ...

Thanks again! How do you set this value prior to submit? I guess I mean where do I set that rule? In the Submit Options? Sorry, just too new at InfoPath!

However, when the user completes my survey, it emails a copy to multiple people depending upon what/how questions were answered. The email copy only shows the first line of the text ...

I hope this is clear ...

Hilary, I used your script as a starting point, and my form is finally doing what I need it to do!
In case anyone else might have the same issue down the road, here is an example of the syntax I used within the "For... Next" loop to access the individual text boxes in the repeating section:
Set shipToNum = ...

I believe the problem is the developement site. However, I've tried to publish it on live site (before I changed the security to domain) and it did not work.
