You're seeing this in live versions of the file, not just when doing preview? I only see that message when previewing my forms, but never when filling them out after being published to SharePoint. I always use MOSS and not WSS, but I wouldn't think that would matter.

I have checked and double checked and the validation is the same for all the fields.
I have even tried to delete one of the affected radio buttons and have copied one that isn't affected and then change the value and it happens again!
It's driving me nuts!
