Hi BoKnows and thank you for loving this site! :) We're all about InfoPath love here at InfoPathDev! :)
Unfortunately, out-of-box SQL connections won't support passing parameters. Yes, I know, it's a major gap. That's why we developed our WSSP Web Service and Query Builder tool. Check out free stuff here: ...

Great question and one that I have never ever seen before! :)
The really simple way to do this is to use a conditional Print View. Define a print view that is wrapped in one big conditional section. If the field is blank, you hide the section and instead display some message like "form is not complete - please make sure all required fields ...

Hi Leonj007 and welcome,
Matt Faus wrote a blog on how to do this: http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/matt/archive/2005/11/29/Repeat-Table-Headers-Across-Multiple-Printed-Pages.aspx
It's not simple, but can be done.

Thanks for any ...

2 options:

Create a web service to interact with the existing Access DB and add it as a data connection to the form template
Once you've created the form template, you cannot add a data connection to submit to a DB - only ...

You definitely need the dfs and ns1 in your namespaces.
Try using the following in your selectNodes("/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/ns1:GetListItemsStrResult/Rows/row")

I would like to add that I experienced this same frustrating scenario. This thread make it click for me that the server address in the browser URL didn't exactly match the URL in the SharePoint submit rule. One was using the server name (server1) and the other the fully qualified name (server1.domain.net). Once I matched them up, it ...
