Good grief Charlie Brown. One step at a time!
So with a little work I got the nil attribute to work.
Now I have encountered a situation where there i a record but it has no Diameter input in it as of yet. This could happen. I have tried to test it comparing for null and undefined but neither seems to work. I may be ...

Ok, the form is saved on the SharePoint site and when I open the form and try to save it to my desktop so that I can attach it, it doesn't give me the option to save. I'm not sure how I can attach the form.

- Drag Multi-Select List Box onto canvas (rich client only - not supported in browser forms)
- Double-click MSLB to get to properties
- For Data Source, choose ...

This may be more of an Excel question than InfoPath, but this forum has always been very useful and perhaps someone can help.
From an InfoPath form I use an OpenFileDialog to open an Excel workbook and then retrieve some data to put in xml. Afterwards I close the Excel file. The problem is that until InfoPath is completely ...

I have tried binding it to just about anything, an element, a group, anything, whatever I click on in the box to bind it produces the same error message.
I think I am missing something very basic about how to use this control I have a one to many relationship in an exceptionally basic database design and cannot get it to play ball.
Should I be ...
