This user can develop forms but can't fill them out or preview them. His copy of InfoPath 2007 has been re-installed several times. We have not tried having him login on a different machine and see if it will work for him there. I guess we should do that but wanted to check with you all for ideas as well.

Isn't that referring to when you use the digital signature feature within the form? You have to put digital signatures in the form and in the configuration of the digital signature, then you tell it what section(s) to lock upon signing. If you're not getting the AD info, then those are the rules that are failing, but you don't know why yet. Either the rules are now messed up due to changes you made, or the form cannot access that ...
