Any chance I can see a copy of your form? I'd guess that you'll need to use a double eval to concat the display names of the person / group field, since it is probably repeating. https://johnliu.net/blog/2011/11/11/infopath-concat-sharepoint-list-with-the-eval-function-aka-v.html

You need to separate the CCs with a semi-colon, just like when sending email. So, if they are different fields, and you are using a formula, for example, you could use a concat formula for the cc: concat(field1WithCc, ";", field2WithCc) and so forth.

Perfect, glad you got it all sorted out. Have a great day!

I generally put my "email" info in one section and my "fill out the form" controls in another section. Then you can use a calculated value with the DisplayName as the value for the people pickers. I'm attaching a sample of this - please right click the attached file and save locally, then right click the saved file, select ...

Hi - sorry I didn't get back to you via email. So - I think the issue you have is that sometimes there is a claims prefix (i:0#.w|) on your user name. It used to be that if we set a content type as the default and re-linked the existing XML, they would use that content type. But I have a client using Office 365 where we just tried re-linking some forms, and that did not work. He's had to go through and manually associate the forms with the content type (can also be done via Power Shell) and ...

The first formatting rule on the second section is: count(preceding-sibling::my:SharePointListItem_RW) > 4
If you increase the 4, you will increase the number of rows displayed.
The second and third section both have rules to disable the insert / delete widget after 10 rows. Right now, that formula is: ...

So - we resolved this via email. In the end, I added a formatting rule on the first repeating section to only display the first instance, and a rule on the second section to only display the first 5 instances. Then on the third section, I added rules to disable insert / delete after 10 rows had been added. Finally, I changed the form's submit ...

Ah, glad you got it. :) Sometimes InfoPath helps us and adds current and sometimes it doesn't, and I don't really know why it is such a curmudgeon. Take care - H.
