If it works from your client but not from the browser, it's most likely a double hop authentication issue. Especially if Web Service reside on a different server? If so, you need to configure SharePoint to access it. You can use SSO for that.
By the way: Full Trust is bad practice - you shouldn't need it.

if the form loads a lot of data, it might be a server side timeout. you can change the timeout for the form in settings. i forget if it's library settings or SharePoint Central Admin.

Thank you for your reply Mr. Halstead.
Sorry about the confusing scenario. I'll try to clarify it better:
Essentially, I am making a Workflow where, initially, the requestor will be limited to choosing 1 contact. After the form is submitted to SharePoint, I will wait say 1 day for the person selected in the Contact Selector ...

Web-enabling requires the Web (actually a server on the Web to send you HTML for your form). When you are offline, you don't have access so it isn't going to work. For offline scenarios, you need a rich client like InfoPath, Word, Excel or a Windows Application.

Hi KBLVA,
How's your data source structured? Are all of the double-check entries in your data source as well? If so, make sure that the double-check fields for the repeater are in the same table. Then you can just check the field at the same row without resorting to Position() and hard-to-figure out xpaths... :)

Right, your DBA can build an SSIS package to import the PeopleSoft data to a SQL table on a regular schedule. When I was looking for a link to give you with more information on UDC's, I came across this, which kind of has me wondering if you couldn't create a UDC to your PeopleSoft data directly....

Use a condition with the expression position()="1" and make it read-only. You'll need to add that to all columns for the row.

Hi ShaunP,
You need to check if the form is read only or not and set a field that is used in your condition to enable/disable the text box. To find out if the form is read only, you need to add a little code that calls IsReadOnly(). We're going to add that to the next version of qRules (1.8?) so that people who don't like to write code ...

Worked fine for me but that GetAtoms function returns an XML data as a string so you'll need to write code or use qRules to convert it into the main data source. Too bad they didn't just return the correct schema for the WebService - then you could just pull it into the view as structured XML...
