The form template failed to load. I have a browser form that I've been using for a few weeks within SharePoint. For some reason this morning it started this problem where the form never opens. the "Loading Form" window stays up and never opens. Eventually the above message appears in Server app log.
The form works fine within InfoPath, I have no issues there. To my knowledge, nothing has changed. I've checked security in WebService and nothing seems to be wrong there. I've tried republishing the form, theres no code-behind. Can someone please give me some ideas about what else I can check?
