The only part I am having trouble with is adding the second, third, etc. selected item to the repeating section. I don't think I have my rules set properly because whenever I add an item to the repeating table, it just replaces the first item. How do I make it insert an item below the first (or second, or third) item? Thanks Graeme.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but it sounds to me as if what you are trying to do is populate field46 in your Main Data Source with all the UserId values from the vwAccessWithEmployeeName data source. Okay, I figured it out myself. I used Rules in the 'Compute' button to
set the field value in the Overall Rating field, first to a number
total. (I gave number values to each radio button option like so: E=4,
M=3, N=2, B=1.)
If not a manager, (rbQ6, rbQ7, rbQ8 = ""),
then use the total of option buttons 1-5. The ...
