How is the file getting to 200k and 300k? Even my huge InfoPath forms don't get anywhere near that size. What data inside the form is taking up so much space - pictures or file attachments?

yeah, I went down that path too and I couldn't see another way about it. The code is setting flags and a counter for the row that was just updated to lock it down when it's been updated so people can't go backwards or screw up the sequence of the department routing.

To start off, do you really need code in your button to perform the actions you're performing with it? Can it absolutely not be done without code?

I have a form with a button running rules to submit my form to a SP library and close my form. Thanks for your response!. Well, I tryed that but it does not work. Let me know if I am wrong but my guess is that I can populate Text field by setting the conditions in drop down list but not by setting them in text field.

I don't have any experience with the feature yet, but InfoPath 2010 provides a new feature to print multiple views at a time. Perhaps this will be helpful to you.
