So this kind of takes us back to my first thought -- modify your data source to contain an additional field you can use for your 'selected' checkbox. Did you create the web service?

Can you tell me how, or point me in the right direction. Everyting I have seen uses xml files, which I do not beleive is appropriate here.

I'd like to put a repeating table in my form (actually 3 tables) and filter them. The data is in a SharePoint list. I'd like one table to display 'Open' items. One for 'In progress' and the other for 'Closed'. Will qRules allow me to do this? I know InfoPath by itself won't.
