Hi All,
I have a form which has 5 email addresses listed on it. The person completeing the form can send the form to any of those email addresses. 1, many or all of them. Just say there was a check box beside each email address and say that check box for email 1, 3, and 4 were checked.

Is all of the data contained in the same repeating group in the data source?
If so, just create a repeating section and put a two-row layout table in it.

Karen, I did have a little success with the problem, although it's more of a work around. I simply turned the automatic form upgrade off in the Form Options.
