I found a solution to this problem.For the submit button,i have opted Perform custom actions and rules.In that i have added two actions.1:submit using dataconnection to webservice 2:Submit using dataconnection to sharepoint library.That solved my problem.Now,it is saving my file to sharepoint document library also sending details to webservice.

The value of the text box can be set using a rule on the dropdown.  When a user selects a value in the dropdown you can then make the value of the textbox the value from your XML resource file 2. We do have alternate access mappings set up on the ISA server for the extranet site.  Is there a best practices doc or a specific setting that we need to address in order to correct this issue?

Hi Ted, I have tried using the text box control, but in the properties for this control there is no field to select the datasource. The list box properties has this option so I can select the xml file, but I am stuck without word wrapping. 

Some more information from the users - user1 would open a new form, and user 2 would open a new form at the same time (maybe a few seconds delay).  User 1 would save the form to the library, then user2 would save their form, and user2s form would overwrite the form submitted by user1.  It seemed that since the forms were opened at almost ...
