Yes, the destination table has one more field, I use the ID as optional field for the command SubmitToSharePointList.
I added this ID-field now to the XML data source with a specific view, the structure of the data source is now:

Thanks for the reply. There is a fair amount of code between what the form does and the add-in, so it's probably in there somewhere. I'll see if I can get it to reproduce consistent enough to get a debugger on it. As I'm checking through my code, are there some common 'gotchas' that I should watch for?
