i need to create a workflow condition that checks whether the originator is same as one of the chosen username options in the form and set a value in the form.
problem is when i choose the action... set field in current item... i only see Name, Owner and Title as fields available to choose from, where can i see the whole list of form fields ?

Can you specify the values in those fields?
E.g.:
emailadres@extension.com
Make sure that the values are correctly implemented via Sharepoint Lists or hardcoded in the form.
Did you click the "Check formula" for errors?
