 You should refrain from making your form Full Trust unless you absolutely have to.  Is your form using code to query a database?  If possible, you should be using InfoPath's built-in Data Connection features to perform your queries.

you need access to the template, and on the template right click and click design.

update and save are two different things, update just sort of refreshes the data connections and checks whether there has been a change in the form.. while as save actually saves the form.. I dont think there is any way of closing the form after saving the form. unless of course if you do it through code

set security level of the form to full trust.. tools -> form options -> security and trust -> security settings -> full trust

Dears, thaks for the information, but how can we enable it back  :) ??????  I don't seem to find any option for that ??? I am the administrator of the form and I need to be the only one who designs the form, how can we do it ?

I figured out the problem.Just posting it , as if someone has this problem and trying to find out solution. Instead of giving the name of the field try to include the whole path of the filedname.To do that right click on the field select copyxpath and do the expression.   Thanks.

Thanks....  Tried that but, unless I am doing something wrong, they will not import mulitple rows.  Unfortunatley a lot of the data is in repeating tables which I need to filter so have to import it into the primary source instead of leaving it in the resource files.  

 You could just use the Default Values... dialog box provided under the Tools menu in the InfoPath designer.
