Dear Experts,

What I am trying to do is, when user fill out the form..then he/she only be able to fill out the form BUT he/she wont be able to click on "Design This Form" menu on the toolbar...or make this button disable...

My question is how to make this button disable please...OR do you have another solution so user cannot design the form please...???

I really need you helps..

Hi,

Do the following steps to disbale the Design This Form toolbar.
1.Open the form in design mode.
2.Go to Tools menu and select Form options.
3.In that Click on General tab and check the "Enable protection" check box.
4.click on ok button.

Now when you open the form to fill out you will not get "Design" in the toolbar.

thaks for the information, but how can we enable it back  :) ??????  I don't seem to find any option for that ???

I am the administrator of the form and I need to be the only one who designs the form, how can we do it ?

 

you need access to the template, and on the template right click and click design.
