 Thats the thing. I do not see any option Add or Create class.

 The same way you would in any other Visual Studio project.  Just add it to your main code file, or create a separate code file and add it there.

you can write a class and add these functions to that class, and later on use that class in all the forms and refer to your functions. NOTE: you will have to include that class in all the forms

what exactly do you want, if you just want the name and related stuff, you can create a data connection to the doc library. tools -> data connections -> recieve ... Please let us know what exactly do you want
