I inserted a table into the repeating section and placed the fields in the table.  This worked.

I deleted all entries and started over; this time it worked.  Not sure what I did wrong the 1st time.  Really liked the logic inspector, could be useful.  Thanks.

 Ok, i have done that. but i cant seem to find where to set the section so that it shows only after the form is sent.
