Sorry I was slow to see this - were you able to get this resolved? Are you able to open the form in design mode but not open the published form?

Thanks for double checking and updating with your findings! Yeah, we are all waiting for stuff to break in SharePoint Online all the time - I completely understand :-)

I created a test SharePoint Online List and created an InfoPath SOAP Data Connection for GetUserProfileByName. In this test I was able to populate the InfoPath form with the User Profile data. Sorry to be such an alarmist, but on the production SharePoint list I received and error message that said the Web Service could not connect and was not ...

When you change business level 0, you need to add rules to set all the fields bound to dropdowns for level 1 to blank. You need rules on all the fields for dropdowns for level 1 to set the respective dropdowns for level 2 to blank. 2. There is an existing approval form that works well.
3. Do I have to create a new workflow to pause until the expiry date (promoted date field) and ...

1. Created a Submit Status field on the main data source and had it hidden.
2. For each submit button in the approval view, I have created a rule to set the Submit Status field to 'submitted' when the button ...

Emailed form views are finicky. I've had a number of controls not render correctly, tables look wacky, and so on. Could be that People Pickers are just in the realm of "controls that don't render nicely in email". :-)
