Hi Hilary, Yes, the form is opened off of a sharepoint that is on a network server.  The SQL server is also housed locally. Thanks for jumping in!

My forms are set up wtih domain trust.  I honestly don't even know if I could find someone in our company to provide a certificate for full trust.  What I don't understand is why only some people have issues and others don't.  I would say, yes I need full trust, if it was a problem ...
