Hi jerimiahpetttigrew,
We had a previous webinar on Adding Email Recipients to Forms which shows some tecnhiques which you may want to check out. As for keeping track, promoting the e-mail field at the Form Option's Property Promotion when you re-publish your form should be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

In the attached form, I have updated some of the values from the drop-down fields and modified the total price column to contain the default formula for computing the total amount. Here is how the drop down values should be set up in order to have numerical values:
Hope this helps.

The default value of the total price should be able to re-calculate itself, so I'm not sure where the problem is coming from. Would it be possible for you to attach a copy or a sampe of your form so we could investigate further? (options tab > file attachment > add).

Hi Samantha,
You may use a default value for the price field by right cliking on the field, click the fx button, and enter the formula as shown below:
You may also check the sample form I am attaching for your reference. Hope this helps.

Hi Raad89,
The current() value here might not be returnng values equal to the site field you are comparing it to. For a more detailed explanation on the current() function, please check this link. Also, I am attaching a sample form which shows a rule which uses the current function to populate a field, and another rule which uses an ID field for ...

Hi Matthias,
Would you be able to attach (options tab > file attachment > add) a copy or a sample of your form so we could get a better idea of what you are trying to achieve?

Hi Movesen,
Yes, using a SharePoint list is the best option for you. Your form will have two submit data connections, one to a library and the other to a SharePoint List. You may use code for this approach, or you may want to try qRules's SubmitToSharePointList which will make it a lot easier for you. We also have a webinar which shows a CAML ...

Hi Theonus,
Are you using a SharePoint List custom form? If so, then the custom form's rules alone are not enough to modify the configuration of the submit options. You will need to use code in order to submit these forms properly - If you choose to use CAML, InfoPath here will need to specify whether you are creating a new ...

Since the text box only has a limit of 6 characters, it will not allow modification if the field already has the currency values (since its more than 6 digits). So instead of having only one text box, I used the same field for a different text box control which has a display limit of 11 characters. The trick performed here is a simple ...

Hi Theonus,
It looks like the GUID is not being specified whether you want to create a new entry or update an existing one. This would depend on which ever submit to SharePoint list method you are using. You may also want to check out qRules' SubmitToSharePointList command, here's a short video about it. Hope this helps.
