Hi there.

I'm struggling with integrating two forms. The first form is filled out with data in a repeating table, and submitted to a form library on SharePoint, but without the repeating table data promoted to SharePoint fields.

The second form needs to read this data, and populate a repeating table with them.

I'm thinking a dataconnection to the lists webservice, and using code to fetch the data, but is there an easier way to go about this ? (I don't think I can get the owner of the source form to update it to promote the repeating data to SharePoint fields)

Yes, using a SharePoint list is the best option for you. Your form will have two submit data connections, one to a library and the other to a SharePoint List. You may use code for this approach, or you may want to try qRules's SubmitToSharePointList which will make it a lot easier for you.
