I found a much simpler solution Change the Internet Security settings for "Access data sources across domains" to "Enable"  At least this works for me in the Local Intranet zone!

Hi there, AFAIK, there no out of the box way to modify this message at fill time.  Perhaps there is a custom code solution where you can do this, but unfortunately I don't know of any off the top of my head.

Does the first submit need to occur separately than the second?  If not, then you could just have a button switch to the second view and then submit all of the data at the same time after view 2 is filled out.
