I would check the Postback settings of the button that executes the qRules command. Make sure this button is set to Always.
I would also place the Result, Error and Success nodes (from the QdabraRules data connection) on the canvas, to see if we can obtain any additional information.

Hi,
Instead of hardcoding the To email in the data connection wizard, create a field (node) in your schema and call it EmailTo. You can control the content of this field via rules, or even dsplay it on he canvas to allow users to modify it. Whatever email address is in that field will be then used in the data connection wizard TO field.
Hope ...

The error message seems accurate: you seem to have a conflict in your URL. The URL references:
http://spsites/
http://staff.hillcrest.qld.edu.au/
In my experience, you typically want these URLs to reference the same site.
So the solution is just to fix up your URL. You don't want to reference a FormServerTemplate folder in one site with ...

I don't know the exact solution to your problem, but here are some thoughts.
Each XML form needs to be opened in order for the data query and rules to execute (and bring in the latest data from the secondary data source), then the form is resubmitted to overwrite the XML file in the form library.
Having the user open the form and resubmit ...

Hi-
If the data is flat you could use a SharePoint list. I would imagine that a form library with 20 columns and 2000 xml files is probably not going to perform very well.
Where is the source data (the 2000 records)? Once the data is imported into SharePoint, how will it be used?

Hi,
I believe all you need to do is manually up the version number under File > Form Options > Versioning. Depending on your upgrade settings, existing forms would be upgraded to use this latest template.
But wouldn't you be able to download the latest XSN from central admin? If the xsn is already in the SharePoint farm, then ...

I believe that the namespace difference should not matter. We would need to look at the form to find out why the namespace difference.
However, I also think the web service is just looking for the queryxml parameter and QueryDB should work.
In web service URL prefix is my local machine typed in as \\MACHINENAME
Shouldn't this be /">http://<servername>/ (where QdabraWebService is located)?

What dropdown lists is the error message referring to? The controls on my form template? or ...

Sorry, obviously I'm the one who is confused! :)
I'm not sure why QueryBuilder would stop connecting, unless there was some change in the environment, permissions, on the server, etc.
Unfortunately, solving this would require taking a look at the way the connection is put together in QueryBuilder, and then look at DBXL/SQL to make sure ...

Check the value of the queryxml immediately before the query executes. It seems like the value in queryxml might be invalid or badly formatted (or even blank).
