InfoPath Dev

 I am trying to follow the article: http://blog.walisystemsinc.com/2012/11/sharepoint-2013-and-infopath-2013.html on our SharePoint 2013 site. I get up to the step where you try to create a New Document in the form library, and receive the following error:

 "The following location is not accessible, because it is in a different site collection: http://spsites/FormServerTemplates/DataCollection.xsn?SaveLocation=http://staff.hillcrest.qld.edu.au/Data%20Collection%20Library/&Source=http://staff.hillcrest.qld.edu.au/Data%2520Collection%2520Library/Forms/AllItems.aspx&ClientInstalled=true&OpenIn=Browser&NoRedirect=true&XsnLocation=http://SPSITES/FormServerTemplates/DataCollection.xsn.

 I have been trying to fix this for days now and even creating a new form and new library and still doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions please?

The error message seems accurate: you seem to have a conflict in your URL. The URL references:

http://spsites/

http://staff.hillcrest.qld.edu.au/

In my experience, you typically want these URLs to reference the same site.

So the solution is just to fix up your URL. You don't want to reference a FormServerTemplate folder in one site with the SaveLocation and the Source in another site.

 Thank you Ernesto, this does seem to be the problem. How do I edit the URL though? Where do I do this?

It seems I can open the form from http://staff.hillcrest.qld.edu.au/FormServerTemplates/Forms/All%20Forms.aspx but not from the Document Library I created and added the form to.

"spsites" is the servername of the Central Administration site, I don't know why this is being referenced in my form as I never typed this address, only the "http:\\staff.hillcrest.qld.edu.au" address.
