Hi, if you are refering to sharepoint web service you have just to modify the url.
example:
WSS.Url = "http://YourSite/_vti_bin/lists.asmx";
If not, I don't know in which way you can do that.

Hi imransulehri, I suggest you to remove your rule and use codes to show your message.

Hi, why you don't use a submit button?
-
If their web service is available from your environment, it probably work for the xml, but the template (xsn) is probably not available from their environment, and what about other data connection?
-
It can make sens, I know that Infopath use some IE dll.

Can you try to save your form with "save as" not publish . And check if you have the problem ?
-
I guess than you publish to a form library, you can publish to another document library, or you can publish as a content type, with that you can have your 2 forms on the same library.
-
Hi, when you publish issue B do you change the name of the template ? you make a document library publish or content type ?
-
Hi, I think you use the best way to do that, for your rules problem, can you tried to set another value anywhere, and check if the problem persist?
I think that your user is on the textbox when they Alt +i, so the field is currently blank for infopath because, you have to click elsewhere to apply your modification.
