As to the cap - you'd have to check submitted items and get a count. For the cascading dropdowns, you need to associate items in your lists. In your third list, you'd add a column for Worker and for Category (or whatever list 1 & 2 are named), and allow multiple suggestions. Then you'd have the data you needed to filter these ...

This is one of those "sure, with code!" things.... what about displaying the picture in a link instead?

Calculating the number of months is not easy - there are some complex calcs you can find online for doing this sort of thing in IP - I'm not math-y and actually am more likely to just write code for it. HOWEVER - hiding rows in a date range is easy - see attached sample. You can save the file locally, right click and preview. I've got some ...

Any chance you could attach your form or a sample showing your issue under the Options tab in a reply?

You are using the SharePoint List web service to create your list entry? Your post title indicates you are using CAML to submit - usually, I have secondary data source with the CAML schema? You can drag that data source onto the form so you can see your values you are submitting in the browser and compare to the filler?

I don't think it is - I think you are going to be pretty limited here due to the restrictions on data structure in list forms.

I think you are saying you want to submit repeating data to another list? Or library? InfoPath doesn't have, out of the box, any way to do this. You can use code, qRules or CAML for this - CAML is tricky but free, the code is pretty straightforward and if you search for submitting repeating InfoPath data to lists, you should be able to find ...
