 I created a form that has a repeating form within it.

Project form > purchase Order forms

My goal was to first publish the entire project with POs attached, Easy enough,

but then I wanted to publish each individual PO separately to another site, Thought it would be easy.

It does great in separating each form from within the Project form, Each PO has a status field, Po number and Po Form Name. But If I try to publish the PO to a PO site, it wants to publish the entire Project not just the PO that I'm submitting from.

How can I publish a repeating form to a secondary site?

I think you are saying you want to submit repeating data to another list? Or library? InfoPath doesn't have, out of the box, any way to do this. You can use code, qRules or CAML for this - CAML is tricky but free, the code is pretty straightforward and if you search for submitting repeating InfoPath data to lists, you should be able to find samples. qRules has a free trial & makes this easy - http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/qRules_new.aspx
