Hi
I've injected QRules into an existing form but I can't get the rules to work. I've tried the following two rules without success.
These are on Form Load:
Delete /xpath=/my:myFields/my:grpSupport/my:Support
Insert /parent=/my:myFields/my:grpSupport /child=my:Support count=10
How can I debug them?
Regards
Peter

Hi Hillary -
I have since tried to add one field at a time (there are about 25 fields named C1, C2.... E11 and eventually found a point when the form error occurred after publishing when opening the form and trying to save. You are familiar with this form. You are correct that when the submit button is ...

is funny... one should never create a ...

The validation rule needs to go on the date field in the repeating table itself. The first condition should be if the field is not blank (to prevent false errors).
Then add your second validation rule.
InfoPath won't let users submit if there are validation errors in the form. However, based on this description, it sounds like you may have ...

So I have this form and when a drop down box selects a certain task it puts the date in the field. The problem is that after I save it and reopen it to change the task that it is on it will add one day to the date, i.e. for today if I change the drop down from Create Timesheet to Pending, the pending date puts 08/29/12. When I submit ...

First of all I am not sure why my text gets all jammed up into one paragraph so my apologies there.
I did some additional testing simply adding a date picker control outside of the repeating table and this seems to function a s I would expect. It also seems OK with the first item in the repeating table. When additional items get added that ...

If you are working with a list form you have the option of setting it to manage multiple items. Create a new SharePoint list form, use the URL for your list, and select the option to manage multiple items.
