Hi there,
You can either pull all the data from both lists into your form and then filter the entries from either list using the Filter feature in InfoPath. Here is a video tutorial that discusses filtering: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SH7xUEcQwwg
Or you can use the queryField list data connection to return only the entries that match a ...

What's the full XPath of your formula? You can check the Edit XPath box in the formula editor...

You should be able to specify order in your data connection. Walk through the wizard again and click the Modify Table button - that will give you sort options.

So, the data connection for this list is xml if that is what you mean. And the Column is multiline. Would it just be easier if I had multiple columns that had the data and then I wanted to add them to a dropdown? I already have something similar in place.

I've seen this happen in forms with template parts before - do you have any in your form? Or did your form schema change and maybe InfoPath didn't update everything correctly? Can you try re-adding the repeating table to the form and then try adding conditional formatting again?

Are these semicolon delimited items? Or are they multiple lines of text? At any rate, here's a Stack Overflow link that may help ...

Thanks, I'm looking this over now. Will this work in a browser based form?
Also since this is using code, I'm guessing that this will ...

Hilary,
You helped me on this before....I have to extend this a tad bit and I thought I should be able to do figure this out by myself :(
I need to add an additional column to the repeating table and the sum depends on two fields now
So

I am hoping that someone has an answer to this. I need to get this form published and need to know if this is something I can do or if I need to look at another way to get this.
I thought that maybe if I first brought that info into a rich text field that it could be extracted from there, but when it comes in it looks like plain text with ...
