I am using repeating tables that I am filtering using formatting rules. Can you explain to me what you are referring to when you say filters? I'm not sure if what I'm doing is causing this error. Thanks!

Hi - yeah, SaveToSharePoint doesn't have an option to enter any meta data in the document library. So, using SubmitToSharePoint list is the only qRules option.

I have a form with 3 simple fields: FName, LName, IncidentID. The form can collect multiple attachments. I want each attachment to be save on a custom list with the 3 metadata fields attached to it.
Form Lib: frmTest ->IP_Form: FName, LName, IncidentID (autogenerated ID from date/time)

The forms were set with a security level of Full Trust and published as Administrator-approved form templates. I changed the security level to Automatic (with the Domain level radio button appearing selected while also grayed out) and the error did not reoccur. I first did this for one of the forms, verifying that it continued to work ...

I am using IP 2007. Forms opens on client machine. I am using one button to do multiple things:
1) switch to another view (using rules), then
2) print the form (in code behind (this.print())),
3) submit the form (this.submit())
4) close the form(this.close()).

You bet - it can be kind of confusing the first few times you set it up, but pretty handy to not have to write & maintain custom code every time you want to save some stuff to a list. :-)
