Thanks for your reply. Our form is a browser form accessed through SharePoint. We use Infopath 2007. I looked up filters in Help but as you mentioned they aren't available in 2007. I would love to hear your suggestions :) Thanks!!

From the screenshot, it looks like you have a locked schema, resulting from a SharePoint list form.
SharePoint list forms are generated based on the SharePoint list columns. If you need to modify the form's schema, you would first have to add the columns to the list, when regenerate the SharePoint list form. There's a button in ...
