After updating the InfoPath template in a form library on our SharePoint site, some users are not getting the new version of the template. I have searched for a solution on the web, and have found that many others are experiencing this same issue. The answers I find are always to clear the InfoPath cache, which does solve the immediate problem for us. However, I need to prevent this situation from happing in the first place. Users cannot always determine that they are not using the latest version of the template. We are using InfoPath 2007, and SharePoint 2007. I have selected "automatically update existing forms" from the form options before publishing. As I stated before - everything is working fine for most users but some users are not getting the latest version of the template.
