I have an InfoPath form with a Field called Form Stage.
My InfoPath submits data on a data submit rule The rule:
1. Switch Views to "Thank You"
2. Sets the field Form Stage to StageX
3. Submits data to a SharePoint library.
The SharePoint library Form Stage Column reads StageX

Well, the first question is: you're retrieving data (questions from a SharePoint List) . This data is going into a new, blank, InfoPath form (with an unlocked schema)?
If yes, then this data is in a secondary data source.
I assume that the question answers would then be stored in the main data source. Will that data be submitted to another ...

Could you attach the XSN published to your form library? You can attach via the Options tab. Thanks.

I get an error, when I try to this workaround.
Before I call the submit rule I set the RepeatingGroup-node to the filtererd xPath: my:ResultProtocol/my:Topics/my:Topic[my:Type="Task"]/my:Tasks/my:Task[@my:Submit="true"]
On Submit, qRules throws an error: Failed to select node for SharePoint List Id: ...

Is that the actual value inside the <udc:Query> element or did you decode it for clarity here?

I merged repeating table rows with a delimiter. Through secondary data source I am getting merged data only. If it is possible could you please explain the method.
