I have not, sorry if I misunderstood. I think the culprit is the SQL DB connection, and I believe the issue would arise in form with qRules or forms with custom code. Since the form is already set up as a doctype in DBXL, and the form submit to DBXL, then the solution is to use the QueryDB/QuerySharePoint methods. If you would like us to ...
